To delight buffet lovers with excitement and food varieties, cafe TOO at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong will periodically roll
out enticing and special themed fare to its lavish buffet spreads. Starting from 18 May 2017, the all-day dining café will present the “Fish Tales” – a celebration for the treasures of the ocean with freshly caught seafood items added to its buffet spreads every Thursday evening.

During dinner buffet every Thursday, the cooking theatres will be transformed into a nautical dream dappled with the

The highlighted seafood line-up includes live carving of yellowfin tuna, Hamachi sashimi, freshly shucked French oysters, mussels, Boston lobsters, crab legs and fresh river prawns and so forth. In addition, specialty chefs at various food stations will masterfully prepare an array of sumptuous seafood dishes, such as Singaporean Chilli Crab and Chinese-style Seafood Soup with Tofu at the Asian corner, Seafood Bouillabaisse and Oysters Mornay and Oysters Kilpatrick at the Western corner, as well as assorted seafood yakitori at the Teppanyaki section, and seafood kebabs and fish tikka at the Indian station.

What’s more, cafe TOO will introduce a variety of beverages that resonates local flavours, such as Hong Kong-Style Iced Champagne Milk Tea and Red Bean and Coconut Milk Float.
The “Fish Tales” dinner buffet is priced at HK$638 per adult and HK$319 per child, with a 10% service charge.
