Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger and his team have upgraded the dinner
buffet with a selection of new dishes at the Live Action Stations available on
rotation.
Specials include Herb crusted beef with black pepper sauce, Peking
duck roll, Salmon coulibiac with creamy lemon sauce, Chicken shawarma and
more. Guests will also be able to enjoy a tantalizing line up of hot dishes that
spans from East to West. From Irish lamb shank stew with mashed potato and Crab bisque with garlic bread to Special fried imperial noodles as well as Sayur
