Lemon Garden 2Go at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur has started a breakfast and lunch delivery service from Monday to Friday.
You can place your order for breakfast or lunch from 8am to 2pm and the food will be delivered to your doorstep in 50 minutes of your order within a one kilometer radius.
This delivery service is wonderfully convenient for those who want a stay-in breakfast or grab lunch on the go, as well as for residents near the hotel.
The menus for breakfast and lunch offer a wide and varied choice.
For breakfast, from 8am to 10am, there is the Healthy Breakfast Set of whole egg tortilla wrap and fruit salad, a choice of yoghurt and coffee or tea. The Western Breakfast Set offers a choice of classic croissant, Fruit Danish or Granny Smith apple walnut muffin together with coffee or tea.
You may also choose an Asian Breakfast of Nasi Lemak bungkus, plain or with chicken or beef, and congee plain with condiment or chicken congee with condiments. There is also the Healthy Breakfast Option of assorted tropical fruits, fruit salad with grapes and mint, and exotic fruit salad with quinoa and passion fruit.
For lunch from 11am to 2pm, there are salads like Caesar salad, smoked chicken Caesar salad, Greek salad, and Weight Watcher salad to name a few. A wide assortment of warm and cold sandwiches including Smoked beef brisket on French baguette, Turkey salami with cheese on walnut bread, New York bagel with smoked salmon, and Cajun chicken and smoked chicken wrap among others are also available.
Soups, pies, pasta and lasagna are also on the lunch menu, as well as Asian favourites like Hainanese steamed chicken rice, curry noodles, Chinese beef noodles and Nasi Lemak with chicken kapitan or beef rendang.
There is also a Japanese option, such as Teriyaki salmon bento box, assorted maki-mono, assorted nigiri sushi on a tray, and Zaru soba noodles with condiments.
Desserts include tiramisu, banana banoffee, vanilla cheesecake or a food fruit salad with grapes and mint.
Choose from a drinks and beverages menu and they will be delivered to you too. They include freshly squeezed juices, healthy juices of mixed fruits and vegetables, coffee, tea, teh tarik, and iced thirst quenchers.
