sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Proudly Announce a Landmark New Partnership

January 17, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (sky100) will offer visitors an even more impressive experience with the launch of “Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong”, which is scheduled to open by the end of the first quarter of 2017.  Upon its opening, sky100 will be the first observation deck to have an F&B outlet operated by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
The contemporary ambience of Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will take the casual dining experience at sky100 to new heights. “Since its opening in 2011, sky100 has delighted visitors from over 60 countries worldwide with breath-taking 360-degree views of Hong Kong’s world-renowned skyline,” said Stella Wong, General Manager of sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck. “The deck’s skyhigh dining is a vital component of that experience. We have been searching for a partner who shares the same vision in providing top-notch dining at sky100, and are thrilled to seal this new partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. We truly believe that Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will take dining at sky100 to the next level.”
“sky100 has long been our close neighbour and partner,” said Pierre Perusset, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. “We have been working closely with sky100’s team to provide catering services for a range of corporate events and wedding banquets, and have established a strong mutual trust over the years. We are excited to now join hands with sky100 in the planning and operation of this new café project. Both interior design and menu of Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will be based on a casual dining concept that perfectly complements sky100’s contemporary and vibrant setting. We have invited Peter Find, our Executive Chef, to design a simple yet delectable menu. Visitors can look forward to enjoying a range of exclusively designed treats such as soft serve ice cream made with fresh milk produced in Hokkaido, which has a rich fat content of 8%, as well as a selection of sweet and savory French crêpes.  Combined with beautiful sunset views through sky100’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows, this dining experience is truly something that should not be missed. We are committed to the highest standards of food quality and to offering a remarkable new sky-high dining experience by extending The Ritz-Carlton’s acclaimed service to all diners at Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.”
