Romance and sweetness is in the air at Park Hotel Hong Kong in February! In this season of love, Park café is delighted to introduce an array of tempting delicacies, romantic activities and cute gift with an extravagant Valentine’s Room Package for you and your beloved one to celebrate this Valentine’s Day. Park café presents an array of delicious specialties in “Love Moments” Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet. Highly recommended dishes are the Baked Half Boston Lobster with Black Truffle and Mushroom Sauce served with Beef Tenderloin with Porcini Champagne Sauce (1 serving per couple) and Roasted Spring Chicken with Morel Sauce, which are specially designed to give a taste of love to couples on a sweet day. Besides, a wide range of Foie Gras and Lobster cuisines, such as Lobster and Crabmeat Salad with Avocado, Mini Japanese Crabmeat Rice with Foie Gras and Cheese, Stir-fried Shrimps with Pâté de Foie Gras and Egg Yolks, Seared Foie Gras with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, Lobster and Seafood Quesadillas with Foie Gras Sauce and more are also available in the buffet. This sumptuous treat is sure to tantalize everyone’s taste buds!

Apart from the above dishes, another hot-pick is the sweet and fresh Oysters and Seafood Platter which serves New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Prawns and more for you to savour the sweetest taste from the ocean. Other recommendations are Grilled Counter, Sushi and Sashimi Counter, Craving Station and Salad Bar. In addition, an eye-pleasing dessert Swan Puff with Cointreau Orange Mousse is specially crafted on the sweet night for couples’ indulgence.
