Park Hotel Hong Kong 2017 Presents“Foie Gras and Lobster” Seafood Dinner Buffet

To welcome a brand new year, Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong will serve “Foie Gras and Lobster” Seafood Dinner Buffet featuring a divine array of luxurious Foie Gras and Lobster specialties starting from January 2017.

Featuring a divine array of Hungarian foie gras delicacies, our Executive Chef demonstrates delicate Chinese and western cooking skills in various specialties. A mouth-watering Chinese delight is Stir-fried Shrimps with Pâté de Foie Gras and Egg Yolks, the shrimps are fully aborted the essence of the tangy sauce which composing squashed foie gras, egg yolks and butter, is sure to satisfy the palate of Asian food lovers undoubtedly! Other recommended dishes are Mini Japanese Crabmeat Rice with Foie Gras and Cheese and Seared Foie Gras with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing. Topped with Canadian crab leg meat and crab roe, the eye-pleasing presentation and refreshing feeling of the creamy cheese rice will surely make it irresistible to your palate. For the latter dishes, the balsamic vinegar dressing has demonstrated with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and superbly complement to the taste of foie gras. While for another featured ingredient, lobster, Lobster and Foie Gras Rice Paper Roll and Lobster and Crabmeat Salad with Avocado are the best selection to kick off the buffet. Under the spotlight are the delicate and exquisite Thai Red Curry Lobster Claws and Grilled Lobsters with Porcini Cheese Sauce. The former is an authentic Thai recipe bringing you the classical Thai relish, while the latter’s lobster is prepared a la minute at the Grilled Station, its tenderness will definitely give you a deep satisfaction with its richness and fragrance, each patron will be offered one serving of it. In addition to the above, other signature dishes, including Italian Lobster and Duck Breast with Pine Nut, French Lobster Terrine, Foie Gras and Beef Roll with Asparagus, Lobster and Seafood Quesadillas with Foie Gras Sauce, Lobster and Abalone Seafood Congee and Seafood Carbonara Penne with Lobster and Abalone will be also served in the buffet, these delicacies are sure to indulge you into a real culinary feast.

Other than the above signature dishes, 5 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Prawns will be severed in Oysters and Seafood Platter as always. Apart from
Seared Foie Gras and Pan-fired Lobster, the meaty and sizzling specialties like Scallops, Chicken Wings, Assorted Skewers and Double-boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Wolfberry and Dried Longan are available daily at Grilled Station for you to relish. If you are Japanese food aficionados, do not miss our Sashimi Counter, which daily serves Salmon, Herring, Snapper and Octopus, are freshly-sliced by our Sushi Chef. Moreover, patrons will be also delighted by our assorted Salad, Cart Noodles, Curry Delights, free flow of selected soft drinks, beer and orange juice when enjoying the buffet.

To round off the meal perfectly, a range of eye-pleasing presentation desserts are not-to-be-missed. Double-boiled Egg White with Bird’s Nest, Green Tea Tiramisu, Durian and Mango Cake, 3.6 Panna Cotta, Swiss Walnut and Raisin Bread Pudding, Serradurra Pudding, Orange Butter Cake, Chocolate Fountain are lined up tidily at the Dessert Counter waiting for dessert lovers to grab.
