Tuesday, 14 February is Valentine’s Day. Be it at TEMPTationS or Dynasty Restaurant [non-halal], capture the sentimental spirit of Valentine by spicing up the love of your life with delicious cuisine. Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger has crafted a 5-course signature menu laced with ingredients of love, guaranteed to add a little sizzle and romance to your evening. Available for dinner only at TEMPTationS, the Valentine’s Day set menu is priced at RM350nett for two (2) persons inclusive of an indigenous welcome alcoholic or non-alcoholic tea-inspired cocktails.

Designed to excite the palate, start off your evening with a Duo of bluefin maguro tataki and scallop ceviche with basil gelee, keta caviar and citrus foam followed by a soup of Cream of portobello mushroom with mini bocconcini and fresh chervil. Up next is Lime and pandan sherbet to refresh the palate. Chef Helmut has also whipped up two (2) equally delicious choices of main course – the New South Wales beef tenderloin with fondant potatoes, truffle jus and vegetable rubik’s cube or the
North Atlantic black cod with cauliflower mash, green asparagus and creamy oyster sauce. As a sweet ending and the highlight of the evening, our pastry chef will blow your mind with an endless dessert buffet to indulge your five senses.

Over at Dynasty Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin will be busy playing Cupid with his two (2) choices of set menus that are meant to make you swoon with satisfaction. Giving an oriental twist to Valentine’s Day, his exquisite Cantonese menus are priced at RM168nett per person for the 5-course Fleur d’Amour Set and RM268nett per person for 6-course Vive l’Amour Set.

Highlights from the two (2) set menus include Wok-seared beef of tenderloin, carrot cake, greens and mushroom cream sauce, Bird’s nest, ocean treasure with truffle and Peking duck roll with suckling pig.
