Crossing Bridge Noodles @ Publika : Affordable Yunnan Dining

January 6, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Crossing Bridge Noodles is indeed not a new thing in town. Located in Publika, the restaurant brings you with the Yunnan dishes and in here you will be impressed with the food here.

Recommended by a few friends quite a while ago, we finally visited their outlet which is at Level 1 of Publika.

The shop is filled with the story of Yunnan and I am just loving the scenary of it of course. Just love how it is done and hope to have a chance to visit the place. Back to the topic, Bridge Noodles is one of the famous thing in China and Hong Kong but in Malaysia it is pretty new.  And this outlet is the only one that provide authentic Yunnan Bridge Noodles.

Stewed Mushroom Chicken (RM 10.90)
The bowl of hearty noodles with the slurpilicous noodles is indeed a good choice during a rainy day. The bowl of noodles did not disappoint me at all where one can enjoy a bowl of noodles which is packed with shredded mushroom, scallions, carrot and chunks of chicken meat in it. The soup base is simply sweet and aromatic and what I can say is I am impressed of the silky noodles.

Braised Spare Rib Rice (RM 10.90)
For those who are a big fans of rice, they have rice set too. Enjoy the bowl of warm rice with the deliciously done braised spare ribs. The spare ribs well cooked for hours, leaving you with the aromatic taste, and the meat is just tender and yet flavourful.

Fish with Pickles (Spicy) (RM 10.90)
Handle with care! This is super pipping spicy and where the bowl of hot soup together with those chilly padi inside. Red pipping soup with slices of fish with the pickles. Nice one with bursting spicy sensation and don’t slurps your noodles straight as it might chook you with the bursting spicy sensation.
