Celebrate the Auspicious Year of Roasters at Swiss Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur

January 13, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

It is time to sit down and celebrate prosperity and kinship with family and friends. In the celebration of the Lunar Year, Swiss Garden Kuala Lumpur brings you with an aray or Oriental delectable traditional delights.
This yead, Chef Kua presented their unique menu to tempt you tll the fullest with the full flash set from their signature of their 4 CNY menu.
Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon Fish.
Toast your prosperity this year and have more fortune next year with the delectable yee sang. Enjoy the yee sang which is complete with the fresh bites of salmon fish together with the shredded white radish, turnips, toasted sesame seeds, and together with plum sauce.
Dried Scallop with Crab Meat And Bamboo Pith Sauce
The soup comes awesomely good.  The thick soup comes simply good especially with dried scallops and crab meat together. Just love how the soup is made and every mouthful is so good.
Imperial Steamed Village Chicken with Chinese Herb Hunan Style
Love how this dish is being made. The village chicken is perfectly braised and steamed till perfection until the meat just melts in mouth. The herbs taste is well absorb in to the meat and the gravy is filled with the aromatic herbs taste.
Steamed Red Snapper with SzeChuan Hot Bean in Light Soy Sauce
Not really my favorite, comes with light spiciness because of SzeChuan Hot Bean and the taste is slightly overpowering. Fish texture comes pretty good.
Wok Fried King Prawn with Superior Soy Sauce
Help your self with serving of the king prawn which is stir fried with their superior soy sauce.
Braised Black Mushroom with “Sarjien” Oyster, Sea Moss and Jade Abalone

Seafood Fried Rice with Salted Egg Yolk and Ebiko
This is simply awesome. We love the seafood fried rice where it is being topped with the generous portion of ebiko in it. Every mouthful of the dish is amazingly good. Nicely done!

Deep Fried Crispy New Year Pancake (Nian Gao)

Double Boiled Sweeten Soy Bean with Black Sesame Dumpling and Snow Fungus
Ends your meal with some sweet delights of course
The Chinese New Year set Menu is priced from RM988  onwards for the table of ten available from 01 January 2017 – 11 February 2017. Sino Scene Chinese Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 12.00 noon to 2.30 pm and 6 pm to 10.30 pm
