Popcorn Jelly Yee Sang
Toss in Style this year in Aloft Kuala Lumpur where they have a variety yee sang to choose for. Themed this year for their Popcorn Jellyfish Yee Sang is being sold  at RM 178+/nett per large platter and RM 108+/nett for a medium size platter. The Popcorn Jelly Yee Sang is indeed a great excitement where ingridients comes fresh and each mouthful is simply appetizing. I just love how the popcorn is integrated into the yee sang making it simply mouthwatering too.
Braised Fish Maw, Dried Scallop with Snow Crab Shreded Soup
Overwelming and soothing bowl of soup. The soup is awesomely good and flavourful with all the sea ingridients in one bowl. Served hot and yet flavourful. I just falling in love with the soup and I don’t mind getting another bowl of soup though.

Homemade Almond Boneless Chicken.
For chicken lover, this is simply awesome. We had never tried this before but every mouthful is just perfectly done. Using the traditional way and making them for hours, chef had to debone the chicken carefully and using the traditional way of laying the minced chicken meat together with the fish paste is making this even better. And ontop gracefull topped with their almond flakes on top. Awesomely good. This is one of my favorites!
Deep fried sea bass with calamansi and pomelo
Enjoy the seabass where it is being deep fried till perfection, golden brown with the crunchy bites in it. I love how the fish is being done especially the flaky texture of the fish itself. Added with the pomelo in it, it makes the dish even more overwhelming with the golden egg floss on the top
Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Golden Shallot
Enjoy the pluppy fresh juicy tiger prawn here. The tiger prawn here is well stir fried till perfection and the fragrant of the dish is there. Every mouthful of the prawns in complete with the aromatic blend and rest assured that you will definitely fall in love with it.

Braised Prosperity Bag with Garden Green
Enjoy till the fullest here. The delicious way of enjoying the dish and cgef comes simply creative this round where they had the ingridients stuffed inside their little bags and served them with the sides of garden greens with it. Deliciously done.
Steamed Lotus Leaf Rice With Smoked Oyster and topped with the Arrow Mushroom
Deliciously done with the complete fragrant in the rice itself. The Steamed Lotus Rice is fragrantly done where the rice is fluffy not too sticky but infused with the flavours from the smoked oysters in it.

Chilled Rainbow Pearl Yuzu Broth
Enjoy the assorted fruity pearls,  together with the pomelo black sesame glutinous dumpling. Enjoy them till the fullest with those delicious desserts. Nicely done not too sweet !
Pan Fried New Year Cake
Never ends your CNY with the lovely New Year Cake. Enjoy the new year cake pan fried till perfection with the nian kao. Love how it is done and I am just too fall in love with it.
