Sustainable Thai Prawns, Fresh Fish Feast, Tuna and Crab nights @ 57th Street Restaurant

December 14, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

SUSTAINABLE THAI PRAWNS
Succulent, juicy and sweet – local, organic prawns are the highlight of this Sunday’s seafood buffet at 57th Street. Supplied by small-scale organic fisheries based in the freshwater Songkhla Lake, they’re as fresh as you can get, and prepared in a variety of ways to enhance their natural flavor and goodness. Enjoy with a premium glass of wine, paired to perfectly complement our seafood specialties.

THE CATCH : THE FINEST TUNA & CRAB
Indulge in succulent red tuna and fresh blue swimmer crab at 57th Street. Every Tuesday, we present these fine ocean gems in delectable dishes such as tuna tartar salad with chili paste and stir-fried soft shell crab with black pepper. Try our steamed blue swimmer crab, simply prepared to highlight the crab’s delicate texture – a must for any seafood connoisseur!

SUSTAINABLE FRESH FISH FEAST
Fish out your favorite local seafood at 57th Street. In support of seafood sustainability, we are partnering with the Small-scale Fishers and Organic Fishery Products Project to bring healthy, eco-friendly fish to your plate. Try locally sourced king mackerel, snapper,
Indian salmon, black kingfish and giant snakehead fish, prepared in a range of creative, delicious ways. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh seafood and support local ethical fisheries at the same time.
