Eat All You Can Dim Sum @ Ti Chen, Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur

October 12, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a big fans of dim sum, when I heard about the word “All you can eat” I am super excited. Located at the beautiful area of greeneries, Ti Chen brings you with their delicious Chinese Cuisine for over 25 years and now they had moved from their golf course area to their home by the lake.
The restaurant is decorated beautifully with the greeneries along the way and also a beautiful lake by the side. The interior was perfectly awesome where you can feel the oriental designs with the touch of western in it.
Start of your meal with the delicious appetisers where they have the stir fried duck chins with salt and pepper, brine duck webs and wings, grilled prawns with fruit salad, grilled squid with green chili sauce and Atlantic crab meat with green salad.
As for the steamed item, I love their “Ti Chen” Steamed Prawn Dumplings “Har Kao” where it brings you with the thin skin and the inside they have the pluppy prawns in it. The dim sum is obviously good and delicious with those juicy bites in it.
Enjoy the variety of those steamed dim sum which includes their steamed signature chicken dumplings “siew mai”, Steamed BeanCurd Rolls with Oyster, Poached  Dumplings with Spicy Sauce, Stuffed Eggplant with Beancurd , and many more. We love how they made the dimsum which is fresh and delicious. Nicely done and served hot.
ENjoy the ooziness of Steamed Custard Bun with Cocoa Powder. Aromatic Cocao Powder with the oozy custard out. Yummz!
They also have a variety choices of Rice Flour Rolls in their selection too. Enjoy the Steamed Rice Flour Rolls with Prawns, Barbecued Chicken and Chinese Parsley and also the Vegetables. I had them with prawns and the rice flour is perfectly good with the velvety texture.
Those who love dim sum, get this delicious dim sums here where you can grab them with ebiko topped on top , or the seaweed siew mai.
And my little girl loves this the most, the fish paste ball with ebiko on top. The bouncy texture of the fishball itself with the egg based. Nice!
Enjoy the velvety congee from their live station too. Enjoy bowls of delicious congee such as the usual Minced Chicken and Century Egg Congee, Asari Clam and Ginger Congee, Prawn Meat and Vegetable Congee as well the Seaweed with Crab Stick Congee.
Dont miss out their variety of stir fried to where you can have the Vegetable of the day with Oyster Sauce,  Stir fried Noodles with Clams as well as Yong Chow Fried Rice.
Never ends your meal without those delicious desserts. I always say yes to their Ti Chen Signatures “Tau Fu Fa”, Double- boiled Red Bean Soup with Mandarin Orange Skin and many more.
So why wait. Have your table book now! Oh ya, And now Ti Chen offers you with a  bowl of hearty and luxurious soup complimentary which is their Braised Eight Treasures with Atlantic Crab Meat Soup.
This pork free dim sum is priced at RM118 per adult and RM59 per child (6-12 years old)/senior citizen (above 60 years old) is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am to 3.00pm.
Note: Child below 6 years old eat for free!
