City dwellers will be able to experience Macao right here in the city at the ‘Experience Macao & Macao Mega Sale’ happening between 21st and 25th September at Highstreet of 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The event is part of Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) effort to promote the various events happening in Macao between now and December – Suncity Group 63rd Macau Grand Prix, Macao International Marathon, Parade through Macao, Latin City, and Macao Light Festival. Attractive Macao packages will be available at the event from the participating travel agents, Airlink Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd and Prestige Vacation Network Sdn Bhd.

The first 200 customers to purchase these packages, with a minimum of one night stay in Macao, will receive a-RM50 shopping voucher and travel accessory from MGTO. Visitors to ‘Experience Macao & Macao Mega Sale’ will also be able to win a-3D2N trip to Macao by simply participating in the activities on site.

In conjunction with the event, there will also be a Macanese Food promotion ‘The Macao Exchange’ at the award-winning Cinnamon Coffee House at One World Hotel from 22nd September to 1st October, as part of their dinner buffet. The dinner starts at RM118nett for adult and RM59nett for children, between the age of 4 and 12.

The Macanese cuisine will be prepared by Chef Chan Yok Kong, who was born and raised in a culinary family in Macao. Some of his creation includes the Curry Crab, Macanese Style Roasted African Chicken and Macanese Style Tamarind Duck.

For more Macanese gastronomic experience, MGTO will also be participating at the Taste MIGF, between 23rd and 25th September at Berjaya Times Square, to showcase the Macanese cuisines and exclusive Wine & Dine Macao packages.
