For a limited time, Italian Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno presents a decadent Lobster Festa Set Menu. Available until 16 September 2016 at Cucina, the menu stars jet-fresh Boston lobster in five sumptuous Italian styles against the dazzling backdrop of the spectacular Victoria Harbour.
To begin the culinary extravaganza, Chef Andrea has prepared an appetiser of Poached lobster with cantaloupe melon and 24-month Parma ham. An enticing twist on the traditional dish, the fresh cantaloupe melon is pureed and topped with poached lobster and Parma ham for a perfect complement of textures and sweet and savoury flavours. Lobster bisque with shallot and crème fraiche is a rich soup of sweet lobster meat enhanced with onion, garlic, shallots and silky crème fraîche.
Risotto with lobster, black truffle and clams delivers a decadent taste of the sea with black truffle adding extra dimensions of flavour and aroma to the creamy rice and fresh seafood. Diners can also savour Grilled lobster linguine with spicy tomato sauce and garlic. This classic Italian favourite features succulent lobster with a slight smokey quality from the grill in a chilli-laced fresh tomato sauce. To complete the meal on a sweet note, Lobster and mango ice cream with sesame tulip is a unique gourmet dessert that definitely should not be missed.
