Eat Healthy, Get Active at Be on Canton

Savour the flavour of eating right. Hip and chic al fresco dining terrace Be on Canton is pleased to introduce a new light lunch menu showcasing the finest green and seasonal ingredients, available from Mondays to Fridays. From 4 August 2016 onwards, guests can choose from an array of refreshing appetisers, protein and vitamin-rich mains and delightful desserts, paired with a glass of freshly squeezed, nutrition-packed juice for a healthy and delicious lunch.

The healthy culinary journey begins with a choice of mouthwatering appetisers, such as Local tomato Buffalo mozzarella salad, Smoked duck breast carpaccio with grilled pear, Romaine lettuce salad with crispy parma ham, Quinoa salad with shrimp and lettuce in mango yoghurt dressing and Sear-fried scallop with salmon roe and couscous. Boost your nutrition with our tasteful soups, namely Cabbage vegetable soup, Barley soup with black-forest ham and Tomato soup with avocado.

Choose from exquisite main courses specially crafted by our chefs, including Sear-fried king prawn with saffron risotto, Slow-cooked beef fillet with ratatouille, Beet ravioli stuffed with ricotta, hazelnut and chives, Poached salmon fillet with wild rice and green pea puree and Chicken breast with asparagus, soft polenta and capsicum.

A variety of exquisite desserts, such as Mint pineapple salad with sorbet, Passion fruit sauce and mango with pop cake, Fresh fruit salad with aloe, Tropical berries with yoghurt and Citrus food salad with light custard, add a naturally sweet note to your healthy lunch and keep you feeling energised for the rest of the day. Light lunch menu is priced at $178 for two courses and $198 for three courses.

A glass of fresh fruit juice is a wonderful way to cleanse and nourish your body. Be on Canton offers four categories of fruit juices, namely Master Cleanse, Vitamin Guru, Repair & Enhance and Signature Detox, each of them with specific functions and benefits. The nutrition-packed juices help strengthen your body with abundant vitamins and boost cell rejuvenation. The fresh juice is priced at HK$95 per glass.
