The New Menu @ Ippudo The Gardens

July 21, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Loving some Japanese and now you are sure that Ippudo in The Gardens will be pampering you for sure with their new delicious menu. If you are someone who love some pipping hot items, you are assured that Ippudo is definitely a place to visit for now !

PEPERON EDAMAME (RM9)
Bored of the normal edame which is usually steamed and served on the table. This is good and simply addictive though! The blanched edamame tossed in dried chilli, Japanese spice and olive oil is definitely something worth to try.

HAKATA HITOKUCHI NIGIRI (RM 14 (4 pcs))
Something unique to try off. Instead of just the normal nigiri, enjoy the handroll that is well served with sliced omelet and sliced basil topped with mentaiko. This is simply addictive

SOFT SHELL CRAB BUNS (RM 10)
One of our favourites of the night, the soft shell crab buns. Deliciously good with the juicy deep fried soft shell crab served with steamed bun and teriyaki sauce. The crab is fresh and crispy, served with the soft bun is amazingly good. Just something that I must order from here!

IPPUDO TAKOYAKI (RM14)
I never love takoyaki, and this can be one that I can have more than one piece. So, what you think? This classic Japanese Favorited octopus dumplings served with takoyaki sauce is indeed delicious but becareful! Why? It is so hot that can burn your lips. Eat slowly and enjoy each bites never too greedy to chuck the whole thing into your mouth.

SALMON FOIL YAKI (RM20)
Love the brooth but not the fish. Perhaps I am lazy cause there is too much of bones there. The brooth were good where the Spicy ponzu served with steamed salmon and assorted vegetables. It has a little pipping spiciness with some sourish taste.

KARAKA – MEN (RM 27.90)
Famed for their Ippudo original tonkotsu broth, now they had added with 3 level of spiciness with it. This is where the Ippudo original tonkotsu broth served with special spicy miso, cashew nuts and ground pork . Choose your spicy level, as for me Level 2 should be good while Level 3 is super spicy to me.

ICE CREAM BUN (RM 12.90)
After a good pipping hot spicy delights, is time to toned down a bit and cool down my tougue with ice cream. Here you go with their combination of Vanilla and Green Tea Ice cream served with deep fried buns.

Overall, the menu is simply unique and a change to some hot spicy dishes. Try them now at Ippudo The Gardens.
