July 23, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Featuring the finest green mussels from New Zealand cooked in five different styles and served with classic accompaniments, the special promotion will delight your palate with the delicate flavours of the ocean.

Mussels in Lobby Lounge style is specially recommended by our chef. Cooked with white wine, diced tomatoes and fresh herbs, the freshness of the tomato and herbs perfects complements the creamy mussels. Purists will adore the mussels in Traditional style, with a tempting salty aroma. Looking for something exotic? Thai style mussels with green mango and secret Thai sauce will pleasantly awaken your tastebuds. Other delicious varieties on the “Marvellous Mussels” menu include Laksa and Green Pesto. All five mussel styles are served with crispy french fries.

A 2014 Chablis white wine from France has been specially selected to pair with the mussels, featuring a well-balanced light body and mineral, fruity flavour. The wine is priced at $118 per glass or $590 per bottle.
