Exotic Asian Barbecue Buffet and Mango Delight Afternoon Tea at add@Prince

July 4, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

add@Prince is cooking up a delicious summer with an Asian Barbecue Dinner Buffet and Mango Delight Afternoon Tea Buffet available from 1 July to 31 August. Master chefs from Thailand and India will present a gourmet barbecue experience during the dinner buffet featuring creative dishes with Southeast Asian and Indian flavours. During weekend afternoons, pastry chefs will present an array of mango delicacies to delight your sweet tooth.

add@Prince’s international chefs have selected the finest ingredients, grilled to perfection with an exotic pan-Asian twist. Highlights available during the daily dinner buffet include a variety of authentic Thai dishes, such as Grilled slipper lobster and Grilled cuttlefish served with homemade sweet-and-spicy pomelo sauce. Thai grilled scallops are also available on Fridays and Saturdays. Carnivores will love the Roasted pork rib and Roasted lamb chop accompanied by homemade barbecue sauce. Do not miss the refreshing Thai salads, which are among the all-time favourites at add@Prince.

In addition to the Asian Barbecue Dinner Buffet, add@Prince’s pastry chefs have crafted a new mango-themed afternoon tea buffet during summertime weekends. Designed to uplift your senses from the summer heat, highlights include Mango rose tea cake topped with Carabao mangoes, also known as Super Mangoes from the Philippines, Mango and peach crumble, and the tropical Mango and coconut black glutinous rice featuring irresistibly sweet and juicy Narcissus mangoes. With a selection of 10 mango desserts on rotation, summer never tasted better at add@Prince.
