SAJIAN DAPUR IBUNDA @ KITCHEN ART BRASSERIE , EMPIRE HOTEL SUBANG

As Muslims wait eagerly for the arrival of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Kitchen Art Brasserie at the Empire Hotel Subang is abuzz with the preparations of traditional local and Middle-Eastern cuisines. A hearty meal that is sure to satisfy the hunger pangs after a long day of fasting.

Themed “Sajian Dapur Ibunda”, Executive Chef Jamaluddin and his protégé created a myriad of lavish buffet menu featuring mum’s signature home-cooked food to appeal to the most discerning of tastes.

Guest can break fast with a variety of local pickles and kick start their appetite with refreshing local salad from kerabu daging simpang empat, kerabu betik muda udang, kerabu taugeh pucuk pak to famous Arabic Hummus, fattoush, falafel, cucumber with yogurt, Arabic bread and classic international salad such as potato salad, Caesar salad, and pasta salad.

The live action stalls features the famous Arabic chicken shawarma, kambing kuzi golek, Subang’s soup gear box, grilled fish station, noodle station and a variey of rice from pak Mat lemang bakar, nasi biryani gam to nasi arab buhara, nasi dagang ganu and buras asli.  From grilled fish, to  squid, prawns, mussel and crab, the Chefs guarantee that only the freshest ingredients make it to the guest’s plate.

The “Sajian Dapur Ibunda” buffet extravaganza showcases over 150 different authentic local dishes with a touch of middle eastern delicacies. The old time favourite includes Daging Hitam Pedas Mami, Percik Udang Harimau, Ketam Goreng Halba Campur Sungai Dua , Sayur Lodeh Mak Lodeh and Ayam Masak Lengkuas .These dishes will vary each day throughout the whole month to ensure guest enjoy a wholesome traditional local affair.

Guests can round up the culinary journey by heading towards the sweet corner and be spoilt for choices by the vast variety of desserts! The dessert corner will feature a range of popular Malay cakes as well as the much sought after pastries including brownies cheese cake, rainbow cake, caramel banana, mud cake, blackberry crumble tart and more.

The buffet dinner also features a live traditional Angklung performance throughout the fasting month.

Priced at RM128nett per adult and RM88nett per Child, the Sajian Dapur Ibunda Buffet promotion will be available from 7.00pm to 10.00pm at the Kitchen Art Brasserie. Early bird booking from 1st May -1st June, entitled to 20% savings.
