INTRODUCTION OF TASTES AT THE EATERY WITH ANEKA SELERA

Four Points by Sheraton Puchong invites you to a festive celebration with Aneka Selera at The Eatery. Choose from over a hundred local selections including tantalising fish head curry, flower crabs in pounded chillies, roasted lamb, fish cracker snack known as keropok lekor, oxtail soup and the chef’s highlight, Nasi Kandar with 10 side dishes such as deep fried chicken, fish roe, crabs, prawns and squid, exquisite fish curry gravy, chicken in sweet soy sauce (ayam masak kicap), lamb in creamy fragrantsauce (lamb kurma), and side complements such as salted egg, poached okra and the  indian cracker, papadum.

Pick from a variety of stalls that features the chef’s local highlights which also sets a nostalgic ‘kampung’ setting during your dinner and several appetisers such as the traditional steamed  vegetables (Gado-Gado) with peanut sauce, mango and fish kerabu, traditional malay glutinous rice (lemang) with beef floss (daging serunding) and fresh greens with shrimp paste,better known as ulam-ulaman. The Malay hot dishes features delicious dishes such as spring chicken with briyani spices, beef in sweet soy sauce (daging masak kicap), patin fish in spicy fermented durian (ikan patin tempoyak)¸ lamb in spicy red sauce (kambing masak merah) and many more.

Last but not least is the desserts selection that covers up to 14 different array of assorted Malaysian sweets and cookies, sweet green bean or black glutinous rice porridge in coconut milk (bubur kacang hijau and bubur pulut hitam), banana simmered in coconut milk and palm sugar (pengat pisang), sago with coconut milk and palm sugar (gula Melaka), and a local favourite, the dodol, a sweet and stick confection. The amazing array of dishes above will be served in rotation to ensure every visit to The Eatery is different from before.

The hotel’s signature restaurant, The Eatery, serves wholesome cuisine with delicious spreads of local and international specialties and tantalizing flavours for the palate. For a casual atmosphere, relax in the Lobby Lounge. Guests can savour tasty snacks and indulge in a worldly collection of beers including authentic local favourites from the Four Points by Sheraton’s renowned Best Brew™ program.

Aneka Selera is available from 10 June to 3 July 2016 and is priced at RM120 nett per adult and RM60 nett per child aged 4 to 11 years old.
