GOBO CHIT CHAT AT TRADERS HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR OFFERS JUADAH SELERA MALAYSIA BUFFET DINNER PROMOTION

June 14, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

From 6 June to 6 July 2016, Gobo Chit Chat presents Juadah Selera Malaysia buffet dinner promotion.

The Juadah Selera Malaysia buffet dinner, available daily during the promotional period, features a variety of local and international cuisines, with emphasis on local Malay as prepared by ‘grandma’ during the village festivities.

Available dishes include Chicken Rendang, Grilled Lamb Leg, Satay, Sambal Prawns, Ayam Percik. ‘lok lok steamboat delights’ Penang Murtabak, Tempe Kelapa, Signature Soup Lembu Gear Box, accompanied by a huge variety of fresh local salads served with a huge variety of sambals and local sauces and a variety of Arabic dates.

Even guests without a sweet tooth must visit the dessert bar as several Malay kuih and desserts will be available, and the highlight is the free flow of Häagen-Dazs ice cream with a variety of flavours to select from.

If grandma’s or mum’s cooking is greatly missed, ‘Juadah Selera Malaysia’ will fix all that. The hotel’s chefs, led by Executive Sous Chef Amirul Mohd Ain are tasked to source only the freshest ingredients; grandma certainly would not be happy if otherwise. To add to the festivities, there will be a nightly gamelan performance.

The Selera Kampung buffet dinner is priced at RM125 nett per adult for the 1st & 2nd week and RM135 nett per adult for the 3rd & 4th week. For reservations, kindly call (60 3) 2332 9888 Ext 6815.

Gobo Chit Chat is on level five of the hotel and can seat 215 guests. It opens daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. It offers breakfast buffet from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch buffet from noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner buffet from 6.30 p.m to 10:30 p.m. Last orders are taken at 10:30 p.m. For reservations, call (60 3) 2332 9888 or email [email protected]
