“TASTE OF MEXICAN” @ HARD ROCK KUALA LUMPUR

Hard Rock cafe brings you with their limited – time legendary menu that explores the culinary trend and pay homage to the classic Mexican dishes. Starting begining 2 May 2016, the limited -time menu will be available at participating Hard rock Cafe franchise locations across North, Central, and South America, as well as Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
As par of the Taste of Mexico, Hard Rock developed a variety of new food and beverage options which will be available at each café. The menu includes tacos, quesadillas and vegetarian dishes, all of which incorporate traditional Mexican-inspired flavours.
Yucatan Style Shrimps Ceviche (RM 35)
Enjoy the lovely platter of the starters which comes with the steamed shrimps, lime, oranges, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, tomatillos, habanero peppers, and serrano peppers, and served with the yellow corn chips. The shrimps comes awesomely good with the tender and fresh pulpy shrimps.
 
Grilled Shrimp with Mexican street Corn Inspired Salad (RM 60.00)
Enjoy the Achiote spiced shrimps with the over spring mix with the black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, jalapenos, roasted corn, and tossed with a chili orange vinaigrette and drizzled of yellow chili pepper. I
love the spicy taste  of it.

 

Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas (RM 55)
Enjoy the shredded chipotle chicken, grilled pineapple, feta cheese and fresh cheese. Served with the spicy sauce, sour cream and guacamole. It is simply appetizing and flavourful with the light zestiness in it.
Barbocoa (RM 60)
Grilled Spicy Shrimp (RM 55)
 
 
You can also enjoy  the variety chocies of tacos in their selection that comes in 3 chocies either the Barbocoa (RM 60), SouthWest Pulled Chicken (RM 55.00) or Grilled Spicy Shrimp (RM 55). The 3 varieties of the street style tacos is served with the flour tortillas, shreded lettuce, parmesan cheese, pico de gallo, feta cheese, picante sauce and also the sour cream.
Enjoy their Mexican Drinks where they have Amigo , Diablo and also the Trouble Maker. All at RM 45 per cup.
Amigo (RM 45)
Mezcal with BOLS Maraschino liquer, blueberry, orgeat, lime juice and garnished with cherries
Diablo (RM 45)
Mezcal mixed with muddled cucumber, agave, mango puree, lime juice, and topped with ginger beer. Served with a candied ginger and cucumber twist.
Trouble Maker (RM 45)
Mezcal, Cointreau mixed with fresh lime juice, chipotle pineapple syrup and muddled jalapeno rings
