SILVER SPOON @ SELAYANG EMERALD

May 23, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

There are finally more food places to go to in Selayang. Thanks to the new upcoming mall and I am happy cause they have Silverspoon there and I do not need to travel all the way to Manjalara for my food now. Located in the Selayang Emerald; the NEW shopping mall comes with a variety choices of food are all here like Italian , Japanese, Chinese and more.

Mention good Italian food with reasonable pricing, Silver Spoon @ Bandar Menjalara, Kepong will definitely pop out in one’s mind. And thanks they have their 3rd restaurant now serving here in Selayang.  The restaurant has warm casual atmosphere, and can be just perfect for that special occasion, intimate dining for two, or for a family dinner. With ample sitting capacity and parking space, one can have a peace of mine when enjoying the meal there.

Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup (RM 15)
Enjoy the lovely blend of mushroom soup with the chicken broth. The wild mushroom soup is indeed well cooked till perfection with the creamy base and each mouthful of the soup is amazingly fragrant and flavourful with the mushroom taste in it. Delicious!

Baked Escargot (RM 23)
Try their lovely baked escargot in double cream and garlic herbs butter. Sides with the toasted bread. Enjoy the escargot with the garlic bread.  Freshly done with the aromatic taste in it.

Smoked Duck Pasta (RM 23)
The awesomely good Linguine pasta which is cooked al-dente is well paired with the braised duck Bolognese and topped with the
imported smoked duck breast. Every mouthful of the pasta is infused with the smoky blend of duck taste in it.

Millefeuille of Chicken al Parmigiana (RM 25)
Enjoy the crumbed chicken fillet which is well served with the layers of turkey ham, aubergine and mozzarella cheese on the bed of broken potatoes. The dish comes simply satisfying especially the tender juicy meat with the crispy bites on the skin itself.

Signature Tiramisu (RM 15)
Enjoy the popular Italian trifle made of coffee- soaked by lady finger biscuit and layered with the mascarpone and busted with cocoa powder. The tiramisu comes simply delicious with the hint of coffee in it and I love that so much.

Citrusy slide ( honey, lemon, mint leaves & oranges ): RM 12
Coconut Passion ( Coconut Milk, Passion Fruit & Cream) : RM 12
