Next weekend (7th and 8th of May), Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille will honour all our lovely mums with a special fine dining menu.
Kick off the evening with three delicious finger food, before diving into two tasty appetizers with Blue Lobster and Scallop, and White Asparagus Tortellinis.
Continue your refined experience on a Italian Veal Blanquette or French Seabass Blanquette with Potato Wild Mushroom Cremeux, Glazed Vegetable.
Finally finish on a sweet note with Destructured Citrus Tart, Lemongrass Ice Cream and Orange Emulsion.
