Guests can take a selfie photo with loved ones inside our special photo frame and create a personalised Father’s Day card for free. Children aged 3-8 years are entitled to a complimentary lunch or dinner buffet, while children aged 9-11 years can enjoy a 50% discount.

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel – Flavours of Italy at Cucina
Embracing breathtaking 180-degree harbour views, Cucina is always a popular choice for aficionados of Italian cuisine and special celebrations. Andrea Delzanno, Chef de Cuisine of Cucina will create a lavish traditional Italian semi-brunch on Father’s Day (Adult HK$428; Child HK$228), including chilled seafood, fresh salads, Italian charcuterie and antipasti. Six main dishes are also freshly prepared to order.

Discover the culinary magic of Chef Andrea with his a la carte menu, featuring over 25 sumptuous dishes during lunch and dinner. Among his must-try signatures is the Linguine with Red Prawn: “It is very important to use Sicilian red prawns for this recipe. I prepare the finest reduction made with the head and coral of the same prawn. Finally, it is best to use Sicilian cherry tomatoes for the sauce as they are sweet and bursting with flavour,” reveals Chef Andrea. A superb traditional recipe is the Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek with Barolo Red Wine Sauce on Mashed Pumpkin: “By slow cooking, the meat becomes extremely tender and juicy,” says Chef Andrea.

Father’s Day Offer: Enjoy 50% off selected single malt whiskeys and cognac with every cigar purchase on Father’s Day.
