TASTY TEO CHEW AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA

Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant introduces different highlights every month and with a new Executive Chinese chef on board, Chef Lee Siew Hap, a renowned Teo Chew cuisine specialist, presents a variety of popular favourites throughout March.

The promotion offers tasty selections such as Crispy Spring Roll and Spice Corned Egg, Wok Fried Sliced Whelks with Bitter Gourd and Garden Greens, Poached Rice with Oyster and Crispy Rice, Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Sea Treasures, and Braised Duck with Pumpkin.

Teo Chew cuisine is also known as Chiu Chow cuisine and commonly regarded as being healthy. Each dish is prepared using only fresh ingredients and minimal seasoning with precision to bring out the delicate flavours of this simple yet luxurious Chinese cuisine.  

For a sumptuous finale, the culinary brigade is proud to present the refreshing Lemon Grass Jelly, the heavenly Chilled Avocado Paste with Cream Aloe Vera and the melt-in the mouth Double Boiled Pear with Osmanthus and Honey that will leave diners feeling satisfied, all with smiles on their faces.
