THE SEASON OF LOVE AT GRAND HYATT MACAU

February 13, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

February is a season of Love, Care and Romance, and Grand Hyatt Macau has designed a special menu and prepared heart-warming gifts for this SPECIAL DAY. The hotel promises to make 14 February a date for lovers to remember and everlasting.
Valentine’s Boutique
Macau’s most desirable gift for Valentine’s Day 2016 is an extraordinary size Rose Bouquet from the Lobby Boutique. Bouquets can be tailor-made in any size and height, where bouquets can reach as high as 1.8 meters. The ravishing blooms are imported from Holland and available in a variety of heart-swooning colors, beautifully wrapped with a choice of exclusive bold, geometric pattern wrapping papers; mixing and matching fabric ribbons. Specially selected chocolates and freshly baked pastries are also available at the Lobby Boutique to surprise your Valentine.

Valentine’s Day Dining at mezza9 Macau
Prepared by Ricardo Oliveira, Chef de Cuisine of mezza9 Macau, the restaurant is serving a 5-course ‘Menu of Love’ on 14 February. The alluring menu blends Asian and European courses, including French oysters, sushi and sashimi, Double-boiled fish maw soup, Boston lobster with pan fried scallops and Oscietra caviar, and Wagyu beef with pink peppercorns, morel mushrooms, pan fried duck liver and black truffle sauce. Neo Ng, our Pastry Chef has even created a Rose chocolate fondue, with macarons, ice cream and French cream puff that concludes the meal on a deliciously romantic note. Each couple enjoying the ‘Menu of Love’ will also receive a small bouquet of flowers as a gift.
