Food-lovers can be enticed by the oven-roasted prime ribs with Yorkshire pudding and Jacob potatoes, sous-vide poached whole spring chicken with vegetables, baked salmon Papillote with potatoes, Roma tomatoes and basil, and seafood thermidor with wild mushrooms. Sweeten the occasion with delectable desserts such as the refreshing green tea yoghurt ice cream with Azuki beans, lychee tiramisu with raspberry jelly and luscious hazelnut pudding with mixed berries.

Valentine’s dinner buffet is available on 14 February 2016 at $98++ per adult, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Online reservations can be made on www.carouselbuffet.com.sg. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
