NEW DIM SUM MENU @ DYNASTY RESTAURANT, RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR

It is always good to enjoy dim sum on weekends with your family, and Dynasty Restaurant in Renaissance Hotel KL is one of our favorite place. In here, you will be assured of getting quality dim sum at affordable price. This newly-appointed chef at Dynasty Restaurant in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel has introduced a range of new and exciting dim sum since he came onboard.

The new dim sum a la carte menu features 33 items that are available for lunch every day which includes steam item and deep fried item. Price starts from RM12.60 nett onwards per portion.

Steamed Shanghai dumpling simmered in superior stock (上海灌汤小籠包)(RM 14.80)
The lovely steamed shanghai dumpling filled with soup and minced meat in thin dumpling skin, simmered in superior stock. The dumpling comes awesomely good where the brooth comes sweet and good.

Signature chive biscuit 黄金招牌韭菜饼 RM 14.80
One of their signatures, it is well deep fried till golden brown and every bites can fill your mouth with the enticing aroma of chive. Delicious.

Steamed bun with egg yolk custard 满福招牌流沙包 RM13.80
Instead of the usual orange custard bun, Dynasty Restaurant had make a twist where they serve with charcoal bun instead. The creamy oozy custard is superby good and awesome!

Wok-fried radish cake with shrimps and bean sprout 蝦仁腊味萝卜糕 RM13.80
The radish cake is being stir fried till perfection with the chives, bean sprouts, eggs, and shrimps.

Emerald dumpling topped with fresh scallop 翡翠带子饺 RM 13.80
The pluppy dim sum topped with fresh scallops. Every mouthful is amazingly good and brings you with the juicy bites.

Seafood roulade with bamboo pith 野生竹笙海鲜卷 RM 13.80
The plate of wonderful delights brings you with the bouncy texture of the springy seafoods, fresh and crispy in taste.

Crispy salad prawn dumplings 沙律明虾角RM 12.60
One of my favorite here, The salad prawn comes awesomely good with the crispy skin with the bouncy prawns in it.

Love this but there is light saltiness in it.

Pan-seared stuffed three treasures 香煎釀三宝RM 12.60
Another good one to try here, I love the way it is done and indeed double thumbs up for the dish itself.

Oven baked egg custard tart 酥皮葡撻仔RM 12.60
The egg filling is smooth and moist with a egg fragrance and sweetness level is just nice.

Prawn wantan pouches with black bean vinegar sauce 镇江豉汁虾云吞: RM 12.60 nett
The steam dim sum selections does not disappoint me too. I love the prawn wantan piches with the black bean vinegar sauce whee the juicy prawns are being wrapped in the translucent wanton skin and dip in the black bean vinegar sauce. Awesomely good.

Steamed Spare Ribs with Yam & Garlic 金银蒜芋条蒸排骨 : RM 12.60 nett
The Spare Ribs with Yam and Garlic is simply good where the spare ribs remains its juiciness and moist.

Crispy banana roll with red bean paste 冰火香酥卷 RM 13.80
This is indeed one of my favorite and this is simply unique. The crispy bites of the roll with the good mach of banana and red bean paste together. Awesome.

Overall, Dynasty Restaurant dim sum will not disappoint you where they have loads of delicious items includes the Emerald dumpling topped with fresh scallop, Traditional steamed glutinous rice and the Oven baked egg custard tart which are sme of my favorites.
