COLOURS OF SPRING AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA

Usher in the Year of the Monkey on a symbolic note at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant with a feast of fortune and toss your way to prosperity with Chef Michael’s four varieties of Yee Sang.

Yee Sang is usually the first dish on any menu for the season as it plays a fundamental part, symbolising the wishes and hopes for the New Year. Simple yet tasty best describe the colourful Chinese salad.

The tasty Yee Sang is available from January 1 until February 27 for dine – in or take away from RM70.00 per half portion. Choose from Yee Sang with Abalone and Snow Pear, Yee Sang with Sea Bird’s Nest and Sweet Turnip, the customary Yee Sang with Salmon and Sweet Turnip or Caesar Salad with Salmon and Grated Parmesan Cheese for a refreshing change!
