The Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur is pleased and honoured to have received two prestigious awards recently.
Award for Best City Hotel – Kuala Lumpur at the 26th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2015 on 1 October.
The TTG Travel Awards are organised annually by TTG Asia. The winners of the awards were determined by votes from the readers of TTG Asia, TTG China, TTG India, TTGmice, TTG-BTmice China, TTGassociations and TTG Asia Luxury.
Mr Cetin Sekercioglu, Executive Vice-President, Shangri-La Group of Hotels and Resorts, received the Best City Hotel – Kuala Lumpur Award on behalf of Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur at the 26th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2015 Ceremony & Gala Dinner in Bangkok on 1 October.
The Best Service Award in The Best of Malaysia 2015 Awards

The Best of Malaysia Awards is organised annually by Expatriate Lifestyle magazine to celebrate the finest in the travel and hospitality industry. Readers of the magazine are invited to cast their votes for 18 categories of awards over 13 weeks. This year a record 30,000 votes were cast.
The awards reaffirm the commitment of the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur to delighting guests with warm Asian hospitality, ensuring that it stands out among its peers. They are a rewarding recognition of the Shangri-La philosophy of caring hospitality.
