X2 RIVER KWAI LAUNCHES BRAND-NEW XFLOAT CABIN

October 31, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

X2 River Kwai introduces brand-new, contemporary luxury-design rooms, XFloat Cabin, the one and only designed floating cabin in Asia, launching this November.

Ready just in time for the holiday season, the XFloat Cabin is the perfect overnight getaway for couples and travellers, providing the chance to awaken from a water-lulled sleep and greet the morning on the surface of the restful River Kwai, surrounded by spectacular riverside scenery.

The XFloat Cabin is newly designed under the X2 Brand using the theme of industrial chic with a ‘light structure’, which gives the sense of ‘slim but strong’. The floating cabins, in the famous River Kwai, offer guests to enjoy unimpeded views of the historical Kanchanaburi countryside.
All six XFloat cabins are equipped with full amenities, including a bath tub, luxury washbasins for two people   and a separate hot shower. There is also an upper ‘moon deck’ to catch the refreshing daytime breeze, or to lie back and gaze at the stars at night.
Just two hours west of Bangkok, the resort is easily accessible by various forms of transport, and is conveniently located near many famous tourist attractions, including the Bridge over the River Kwai, WWII Museum & Art Gallery, Don Rak War Cemetery, and the Thai-Burma Railway Museum. For golf lovers, there are several 18-hole championship courses (Evergreen Hill, Grand Prix, Mida) within a 45-kilometere radius.
The rate for XFloat Cabin starts from 6,699 baht net/night (USD209). For reservation and more information, visit www.X2Lobby.com or email [email protected].
