JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong’s talented pastry team is pleased to introduce a tempting selection of Halloween treats at Dolce 88 starting from 19 to 31 October 2015, with choice of cakes, chocolates, cookies and cupcakes for the family and kids. In addition, new praline flavours and a special cake of the month will be introduced in October as well.

‘Trick or treat’ with an assortment of delicious home-made goodies prepared just for the upcoming Halloween, which include “Halloween Pumpkin Cake” containing luscious layers of spiced pumpkin filling and white chocolate mousse, with crunchy base caramel pumpkin seeds (HK$398 per cake); 10 varieties of hand-crafted “Royal Icing Wicked Cookies” shaped in pumpkins, Frankenstein, skeletons and black cats (HK$58 per piece). Or try the “Spooky Lollipop” made of spiced chocolate ganache and truffle shell (HK$28 per piece) for an eye-pleasing surprise.

Also new on the menu in October is the collection of the finest praline flavours, including cherry kirsch, mandarin, Earl Grey tea, coffee crunch, ginger and yuzu, as well as honey and basil; available at HK$138 per box (6 pieces). The pastry team is also proud to present “Sublimation”, inspired by the uniqueness of various spices and seasoning such as tonka beans, cinnamon and star anise. The sumptuous cake is priced at HK$64 per piece and HK$328 per cake.

Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
