October 31, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

With Diwali – the Hindu festival of lights – just around the corner, Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur Executive Chef Mohd Fazi Bin Ramli (better known as ‘Chef Fazi’) has been busy cooking up a storm in preparation for the hotel’s Diwali Delights promotion.

The promotion, which kicks off this 2 November 2015 at La Maison restaurant, promises a delicious selection of Chicken Paratal, Mutton Varuval or Fish Curry and vegetables served with steamed white rice ala Nasi Kandar, a popular Northern Malaysian dish.

Priced at RM25.00 nett, each serving is accompanied by pappadam, pickled vegetables, ‘mamak’-style fried cabbage and poached egg. Value-adds include free flow of orange lassi (traditional yoghurt-based drink), salad, soups and dessert from the buffet line.

The Diwali Delights promotion runs from 2 – 21 November 2015 at La Maison restaurant, from 12.00 noon until 2.30pm daily.

For dining reservations / enquiries, call (0)3-2692 9298. La Maison restaurant is located at Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur, No. 7 Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 50100 Kuala Lumpur.
