The talented culinary team at Flint Grill & Bar has imported some of the most desirable and popular wild mushrooms from France, where diners may look forward to a selection of a la carte dishes, featuring the seasonal ingredients from now to 30 September 2015.

The highly-prized and versatile ingredients are featured along with delectable dishes such as fricassee, comprising mixed mushrooms like blue foot, black trompette, girolle, pleurotus and champignon de Paris, served with sourdough, garlic butter and roast bone marrow (HK$170 per dish). Other culinary highlights include green asparagus and mushroom ragout soup with truffle pesto (HK$120 per dish); risotto with cèpe mushroom, veal jus and 24-month aged parmesan cheese (HK$200 per dish); savoury pancake with pecorino di fossa and truffle mayonnaise (HK$190 per dish); as well as home-crafted tagliatelle with cream sauce and chives (HK$220 per dish).

To complement an exquisite dining experience, guests may also take advantage of attractive happy hour deals from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 8pm. Extensive beverages such as award-winning cocktails (HK$88 per glass), mocktails (HK$78 per glass), Veuve Clicquot champagne (HK$98 per glass, HK$488 per bottle), premium wines (HK$58 per glass) and beer (HK$58 per bottle) are available to satisfy any preference or cravings.
