THE HOUSE OF DANCING WATER @ MACAU

September 8, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Macau, Travel 24 Comments

“The House of Dancing Water” is uniquely created for City of Dreams by Franco Dragone, the world’s most spectacular showmaker whose shows have been seen by over 65 million spectators worldwide.

After 5 years in development and USD 250 million spent to create and produce “The House of Dancing Water”, the world’s newest most spectacular extravaganza is now showing at City of Dreams, Macau. It is such a magnificent creation with the touch of creativity and the arts.

The show will be housed in a purpose-built theater designed with many breakthroughs including a stage pool that holds a record-breaking 3.7 million gallons of water, equivalent to 5 Olympic-sized swimming pools.

This state-of-the-art theater will provide the setting for the birth of an epic love story and spectacular journey through time, showcasing dazzling costumes, special effects and record breaking acts never seen before in a theater. It also incorporates mesmerizing special effects, dazzling costumes and visual treats with the most breathtaking acrobatics, artistic and aerial performances.

The show, sets in an extraordinary Kingdom where nature’s magic reigns, will take audiences on an awe-inspiring journey through the heights and depths of human emotions from the abyss of Sadness and Anger, to the heights of Desire and the summit of Joy, between the cliffs of Fear to a glorious resolution where Love triumphs over Hate and its sinister forces.

The show is a must-see in Macau where every moment is just fascinating. The story line, the performance is a “WAH” to us and it is one of a life-time experiences. An amazing show with a phenomenal stage that changes right before your eyes! Great action, lovely music and the transition from the giant pool to a flat stage is mind-blowing. Overall its a grand 90 min of theater performance.
