Ultra luxury lifestyle purveyor American Express FINE HOTELS & RESORTS named Capella Singapore as the inaugural winner of the Partner of the Year Award for Asia.  Being one of only three winners in the world, this accolade reinforces Capella Singapore’s position as the best resort in Asia.
