OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN KITCHEN @ MID VALLEY

August 3, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

OLIVE MID VALLEY
Olive Garden, famed for their modern-day Italian dishes, has finally arrived in Malaysia. Their traditional Italian specialties, made with only the freshest ingredients, are perfect for sharing with your loved ones.

OLIVE MID VALLEY
Located at the same floor as Madam Kwan, you will find the cozy place with great food here.
OLIVE MID VALLEY
We started off our meal with their Famous House Salad (RM 15.50). Served in the huge bowl, the salad is indeed a huge one with the greenies, tomatoes, onions, and the crutons with it. Topped them with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to enhance the flavours. Oh ya, the salad is refillable.
OLIVE MID VALLEY
Don’t know which appetizers to go for, why not get their Sampler Italiano (RM 59.90) where you will get to enjoy three of their signatures which is the Calamari (classic or spicy) , lasagna fritta and shrimp scampi fritta (classic or spicy). The little portion of each is indeed good enough for sharing. The Lasagna Fristta comes simply unique where the parmesan-breaded lasagna is being fried and served with alfredfo and topped with the parmesan and homemeade Mariana. As for the shrimp scampi pasta, it is beng breaded and fried. Tossed with the garlic and lemon butter sauce.
OLIVE MID VALLEY
The long pizza- The Sicilian Pineapple (RM 18.90) comes awesomely good with the think and crispy layer of bread below. Topped with the chicken ham, roasted red peppers, pineapples, on homemade marinara sauce with the blend of Italian cheese. The pizza comes awesomely good where each mouthful is simply addictive where you cant taste the layer of bread where Chef had made is so thin, and with the ham on top, you can taste the ham taste rather than the bread.
OLIVE MID VALLEY
The Lobster Fettuccine (RM 53.90) is one of the highlight of the night. The maine lobster tail and shrimp toasted with the fettuccine pasta in the lobster seafood cream sauce. I love the way it is done where the pasta doesn’t turn too creamy but the fragrant of the lobster cream is simply good.
OLIVE MID VALLEY
We ended with their signature desserts which is the Tiramisu (RM 12.80). The espresso soaked ladyfingers topped with the creamy mascarpone custard and sweet cocoa. The way it is done is lovely and the blend of the tiramisu is awesomely good and addictive. I ended up the whole cake on my own.
