TOAST THE SUMMER SUN WITH CHANDON BRUT @ JW MARRIOTT HOTEL HONG KONG

July 29, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

Fish Bar and Pool Lounge are pleased to introduce sparkling Chandon Brut wine from now to 15 September 2015 to the drinks menu at the 7th floor oasis. Available all day by the glass and bottle at special prices as well as a collection of summer cocktails, to celebrate the summer season in style.

One of the most recognised sparkling wines, the Chandon Brut features a citrus blossom flavour and fruity characters, followed by a creamy mid-palate with lingering and crisp finish. Available by the glass at HK$ 100 and by the bottle at HK$380.

The hotel’s star mixologist Bryson Rivera has designed a selection of Chandon Brut-inspired cocktails (HK$100 per glass) that allow guests to indulge in an enticing summer break. The thirst-quenching cocktails include Mojito using cane rum, simple syrup, lime juice and mint leaves; Holiday Thyme featuring lemonade, agave syrup, thyme and lemon. The Spiced Apple Punch fuses apple cider, fresh lemon juice, spiced simple syrup, honey and cinnamon stick. A menu of savoury light bites including prawn avocado cocktail as well as crab and lobster cake are also available throughout the day to complement the cool and refreshing drinks.
