Find out on Thursday 6 August 2015 how did the House of Torres become one of the most celebrated names in Spanish wine.  The Reflexions modern French restaurant picks some of its top vintages to present in a special evening of considered tasting and creative dining.

Founded in 1870 and still family-owned, Torres boasts the most extensive vineyards in the Denomination of Origin (DO) of Penedès and the largest winery in Spain – no small recommendation.

Wine tasting: Torres San Valentín Garnacha, Catalunya DO; Torres San San Valentín Tempranillo, Catalunya DO; Torres San Valentín Parellada, Catalunya DO.
Wines to serve with dinner:  Torres Mas Rabell, Catalunya DO (red) and Torres Mas Rebell, Catalunya DO (white).

Michelin-star experienced Chef Mark Jones and team’s inspired menu begins with:
A surprise amuse bouche followed by an appetizer choice of Beef Carpaccio/Thyme + Anchovy Dressing/Watercress/Slow-roasted Cherry Tomato/Shaved Parmesan Cheese
OR Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Cauliflower Texture, White Truffle Velouté.
