HOTELS OF LANGHAM HOSPITALITY GROUP IN HONG KONG PRESENT SWEET AND SAVOURY MOONCAKES TO CELEBRATE MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL

July 16, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Adding joy to the annual Mid-Autumn Festival that celebrates family reunions, the three Hong Kong hotels of Langham Hospitality Group – The Langham, Langham Place and Eaton proudly present an array of delectable mooncakes for all to share.

Using recipes from the Master Chefs of Langham’s Michelin-starred Chinese restaurants, Langham mooncakes are crafted with the finest ingredients, upholding the highest standards of texture and taste.

This year, Langham is bringing back the traditional white lotus seed mooncake and the highly popular custard mooncakes. The white lotus seed with double egg yolk is offered in regular size while the custard with egg yolk comes in mini size.

For those with an appetite for a unique blend of flavours, the brand new deluxe mini mooncake assortment offers a delicious mix of the following pastries:

 Two custard mooncakes with egg yolk

 Three low sugar white lotus seed paste mooncakes with pine nuts

 Three red bean mooncakes with egg yolk

Langham’s signature mooncakes have consistently received tremendous support from both new and loyal customers year after year, with more than 200,000 mooncakes sold last year from the Group’s three Hong Kong hotels.

“Over the years, the customers’ ongoing support to our Langham mooncakes has been very encouraging,” says Simon Manning, vice president of sales and marketing. “Once again, we are delighted to present an exquisite selection of mooncakes in both traditional and modern flavours. The beautifully crafted boxes also make Langham mooncakes ideal gifts for friends, families and corporate clients. ”

Currently available for sale till 26 September 2015, the Langham mooncakes are presented in three different variations.
