One of their new items is the ramen. The Mini Oreo Chocolate Pork Bone Ramen (RM 13.90) is one of the first thing in town. With the soup base of pork soup, chef added the the oreo in the soup. Served together with slices of pork belly and also half egg. The taste comes pretty unique.

Mini Thai Grilled Pork (RM 38)
Aside from steamboat, Hometown Steamboat had also enhanced their menu with the Thai BBQ concepts where one can do grilling too. Their signature Thai Grilled Pork is served with the marinated sliced grilled pork and the portin is good for 2 to 3 pax. Thinly sliced, the marinated pork is left on the metal skillet. It is simply good with the crispy sides and moist and juicy meat.

Flaming Herbal Wine Chicken Pot (RM 68)
Flaming Herbal Wine Chicken Pot is one of the highlights in their menu. Using the Kampung Chicken, it is being cooked together with some alcohol in it. The staff will light up the fire on the bowl and you will be enjoying the flaming colors of fire dancing for few minutes. Then, they poured the soup ingredients like the herbs inclusive of the wolfberries in it. Cooked around 15- 20 minutes, you can enjoy the delicious bowl of herbal soup. The meat is kinda tough but the soup remains sweet and aromatic with the blend of the Hui Diao Wine Flavour in it.

Being in Hometown, a must to go for is of course the steamboat. Bored with the usual flavours – tomyam & plain soup? ; here you can have more than this 2 flavours like the Golden Abalone Porridge Hot Pot (RM 6 (S)/ RM 12 (L)), Japanese Purple Sweet Potato Porridge Hot Pot (RM 6 (S)/ RM 12 (L)), Hometown Herbal Wine Hot (RM 6 (S)/ RM 12 (L)) and many more. We are served with their Laksa Brooth and also (RM 6 (S)/ RM 12 (L)), the Thai Porridge Pot (RM 6 (S)/ RM 12 (L)), . I love the Laksa Pot where the fragrance of laksa can be tasted and it is simply good with light spiciness in it.
