Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is unveiling both astonishing and traditional mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival. Hand-crafted Fresh Pineapple and Custard Salted Egg Yolk Mooncake, Seaweed Sugar White Lotus Paste and Salted Egg Yolk Mooncake, as well as Assorted Mooncake Selection, all freshly made with no preservative.

Nestling in an enchanting gift box, these little moons consummate the celestial occasion for your beloved family and friends amid the full moon night.

Fresh Pineapple and Custard Salted Egg Yolk Mooncake
As a creative twist from our raved Homemade Fresh Pineapple Pastry, the mooncake is made with canola oil and according to an extraordinary secret recipe. Every bite is accentuated with the juiciest and freshest pineapples from the Philippines, its mild fruity sourness skilfully balanced with the sweetening custard and salted egg yolk.

Maltose syrup, golden syrup, organic brown sugar and fresh milk are well blended giving its velvety smooth texture.

The festive treat is back for traditional mooncake lovers with a healthy spin.
