THE CLIPPER LOUNGE OFFERS WHIMSICAL HONG KONG FAVOURITES AT DINNER BUFFET THIS SUMMER

Perfect for power breakfasts, a sumptuous buffet, or English afternoon high tea, the Clipper Lounge is a favourite meeting point at all times of the day. Both a relaxing haven and favourite meeting place, this institution is fondly referred to as “Hong Kong’s sitting room.

This summer, Clipper Lounge will excite gastronomes in Hong Kong by presenting a series of local favourites at its famed dinner buffet spreads including spicy salt roast pigeon and Shatin chicken congee, alongside a raw bar with sushi selections, salad bar, hot dishes and carving station. Created by Executive Pastry Chef Yves Matthey and his team, guests can also delight in a whimsical dessert garden with over 45 sweet treats, including the much-loved Mandarin cheesecake with blueberry and strawberry layers cake, a range of signature, hand-made chocolates, as well as a chocolate fountain with strawberry, marshmallow and cupcake towers, and macaron lollipop. Not only will guests be completely filled by Clipper Lounge’s variety of edible temptations, their cameras will also be full of beautiful photos shares!

Price:     Monday to Thursday
HKD 548 per adult or HKD 368 per child, plus 10% service charge

Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday
HKD 588 per adult or HKD 398 per child, plus 10% service charge
