HI TEA @ BETJEMAN & BARTON, 1 UTAMA

June 26, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Betjeman & Barton, French tea store and tearoom is one of the first of its kind in Malaysia. This fine teahouse has specialized in the sale of teas since 1919 in Paris, but in recent years has begun sharing their elegant products with the rest of the world. Their first outlet in 1 Utama had finally launched the afternoon hi-tea set.

The afternoon tea set is served with Croissant, sandwiches, Rouleau do Poulet, Macaraoons, eclairs, gateaux, and Blueberry et Chocolat Danois. The hi tea set comes awesomely good with the delicious moist macaroons and the sandwich was a good one too.

Choose the tea that you love tho have where you can choose the tea choices of Puchkine, Luzury, Comomllie, Malasherbes and Roorbush Jardin Rouge. As for me, I had choosen Pouchkine where the tea base is from China and Ceylon tea with bergamot and citrus fruits.

Not just that, you can enjoy a slice of cake of your choice where they have 3 choices of cake to choose from which are the Hanami Gateau and Jardin Rouge Gateau. I love the Hanami Gateau where the cake is being infused with the Hanami Tea which is the mixture o Jasmone, heliotrope and tiare flowers with vanilla and cherimoyo
