RESTAURANT SAUNA FISH & SEAFOOD @ CONNAUGHT AVENUE, CHERAS

Another place to dine which is the Restoran Sauna Fish and Seafood where it is located just opposite Econsave Len Sen. For those who are looking for a healthy diet, they may try their sauna delights.

So-called sauna seafood, but it is actually using the steamed method where you can enjoy the seafood with their original flavours and taste from the ingridients.

Steaming of the seafood may take around 5 to 10 minutes, so you can order some snacks to go along with your meal. Eight Spoce Roll (RM 8) is served with the bouncy fishmeat wrapped wth the crab stick in it.

Seaweed Rolls (RM 8) is another dish not too be missed too.

They also have Smoked duck breast (RM 16) where the duck breast meat is being smoked and served with their mayonaise sauce.

Fried Chicken Wings (RM 7) is where the shrimp paste chicken wings is being well marinated with the shrimp paste. Well marinated till perfection with the robust flavours of the shrimp paste in it.

Finally , the mains are here where you can enjoy the several seafood package where you can enjoy seafood platter which includes the choices of seafood, abalone slices and vegetables. The price is at RM48 (1-2pax), RM58 (2-3pax), RM78 (3-4pax), RM88 (4 -5pax)

The seafood platter comes with the wide selection of choices from shrimp, scallops, green oysters, grouper, mussels, and vegetables. It is then being steam for 10 minutes. The seafood items comes simply fresh and you can taste the sweetness of the items in it. The sauna fish taste comes simply light but for those who love to have some heavy taste, you can consider to try their homemade sweet sauce and hot pepper sauce to enhance the flavor.

For those who are a seafood lover, you can grab the Mussels and Scallop Platter Mix (RM 38) where the platter is served with the combination of mussels, and scallops together with some glass noodles with it.

Not getting enough, you can enjoy more of their homemade items like Straw Mushroom (RM 6) , Ban Jiang Meat Balls (RM 6), Cuttle Fish Meat Balls and many others
