RAMADHAN PROMOTION @ IMPIANA HOTEL IPOH

This Ramadhan, bring your family and friends to Impiana Hotel Ipoh at Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah for a taste of mouth-watering traditional Ramadhan buffet, available at The Coffee House from June 18 to July 17 2015.

The hotel’s team of enthusiastic chefs have prepared a wide variety of Malay, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Western cuisine to provide a wholesome meal after a long day of fasting. Diners will be spoilt for choice with the variety available.

Revel in the concoctions of authentic Malay cuisine includes the ever popular Malay ulam or salad selection such as kerabu manga muda, kerabu ikan masin, kerabu pucuk pakis, kerabu taugeh and jeruk kampung, complemented by local versions of dressings such as sambal belacan, sambal manga and sambal masak tempoyak. Local appetizers to whet the appetite are acar buah, pasembor, rojak buah, and a variety of jeruk or local pickle selections.

If you are into grills, it is served by the garden terrace and you can pick any of your favorite style from chicken drumstick, skewer cocktail sausages or minute steak. There is also a carving station serving whole roasted lamb. If hawker dishes are what you are craving for, you will certainly not be disappointed. A wide number of stalls serving local specialties such as Ipoh Kuey Teow with shredded chicken, Assam Laksa Perak, Curry Mee, Mee Rebus and Curry Laksa.

Savour our signature dishes prepared Kawah Style featuring Bubur Lambuk, Oxtail Soup, Ikan Patin Assam Pedas and Rendang Tok. They are prepared in traditional style, with the rich mix of flavors and spices. Other specialty dishes include Cucur Udang, Murtabak, Ayam Percik, Singapore Style Chili Crab, Sayur Lodeh, Gulai Nangka Ikan Masin and Nasi Goreng Kampung; to name a few.

For desserts, indulge in a wide selection of desserts from ice kacang, cendol, bubur kacang merah, bubur gandum, assorted pie and tarts, honey dew sago, puddings, French pastries and selection of local Malay kuih and even an ice-cream counter for the kids.

Don’t forget local fresh farm fruits such as Durian, Manggis, Rambutan, Pisang Emas, Langsat, Nangka and Cempedak are available to diners.


Ghazal Band & Live Azan
Diners will also be entertained by a four-piece traditional Ghazal live band with vocalist, consisting of Gendang and Gambus. The magnificient melody will enchant you to a soothing, and relaxing evening.

Sahur Buffet
Additionally, the hotel also offers Sahur at The Coffee House to in-house Muslim guests, priced at RM20 nett per person, available from June 18 to July 17, from 2.00am to 5.30am daily.
** Prayer room (Surau) is available for guests at the 1st Floor.

Reservation
Impiana Hotel Ipoh is offering the Ramadhan Buffet at a special price of RM80.00 nett per person from June 18 to July 17, while children age of six to twelve years old and senior citizen age of sixty five years old and above pay only RM40.00 nett per person. Children below six dine for free, and the buffet starts from 7.00pm to 10.30pm.

Lucky Draw
Diners will receive a door gift and stand a chance in the lucky draw, which includes a giant hamper worth RM2000, one night stay at our Club Room with breakfast for two worth RM400 and BBQ buffet dinner for two persons worth RM116.


Free Bubur Lambuk Giveaway for the public
Impiana Hotel Ipoh will be giving away 2,000 bowls of Bubur Lambuk on 18 June 2015, 4.30pm onwards. The event will take place in front of Impiana Hotel Ipoh along Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah.

CSR Event
Impiana Hotel Ipoh is carrying a CSR event on 18 June 2015 by providing buffet dinner, duit Raya and goodies bags to the orphans. The event will take place at The Garden area of Impiana Hotel Ipoh providing a ‘kampung’ ambiance in the city for a change.
