HYATT REGENCY TSIM TSA TSUI RELEASE NEW ICE CREAM FLAVOURS

香港尖沙咀凱悅酒店咖啡廳將於 7 月至 8 月份呈獻「冰‧情緣」雪糕系列,誠邀您於炎炎夏日細嚐不一樣的冰涼快感!

酒店首席餅師 Gary Lau 首推「冰一點」系列,當中包括自家製的青甘檸荔枝雪葩及柚子雪葩,味道清新、口感細膩,必受纖盈一族愛戴。至於多款精選雪糕亦是亮點之一,有白桃味、椰子味、芒果味及綠茶味等,款款甜美香滑。還有創意之作 ─ 蜜瓜凍湯,細緻的冰沙加上新鮮蜜瓜蓉,不但色彩悅目,一啖入口更清涼透心。

喜愛香脆可口的不能錯過金黃香脆的炸雪糕球,口感獨特,外脆內冷,特別伴上甜酸醬,叫人一試難忘。客人如想一次過品嚐多款雪糕口味,拿破崙雪糕蛋糕絕對是推介,內層的士多啤梨、雲呢嗱及朱古力雪糕以海棉蛋糕包裹,外層鋪滿蛋白霜,多吃也不覺膩。而紫薯批配雪糕亦是另一道別出心裁之作,廚師將香甜的紫薯壓成蓉,配以香脆的紫薯薄片及雲呢嗱雪糕,營造多層次的豐富口感,將紫薯甜品重新演繹。

除以上推介外,咖啡廳亦提供多款不同的雪糕杯:「異國風情」系列有熱情果芒果綿花糖雪糕杯及椰子熱情果雪糕杯;「東瀛滋味」系列有日式綠茶雪糕杯、日式柚子白桃雪糕杯及紅豆綠茶雪糕杯;而「甜蜜經典」系列則有朱古力奧利奧雪糕杯及士多啤梨雪糕杯等。另還有新鮮焗製的香蕉核桃窩夫配軟雪糕和栗子山配雪糕,款款別具特色,於自助午餐和晚餐時段輪流供應。

 
此外,咖啡廳亦同時提供各式即製新鮮佳餚,如日式廚房供應其他多款新鮮刺身、壽司、鐵板燒和即炸天婦羅,帶來源源不絕的和風滋味;西式廚房則獻上即烤海鮮、羊肉和牛肉等,以及即製鮮焗比薩和意粉,款款令人垂涎;印籍廚師烹調的特色咖喱令人一試難忘,天多利串燒和印式薄餅亦份外正宗。另外,餐廳還有一系列冰鎮海鮮、自選鮮拌沙律、意式雜錦冷盤,以及其他自家製甜品,款色應有盡有。
