This year Unique Seafood comes to our suprises where they have their own Buka Puasa Buffet. Located at Citta Mall Level 1; the banquet hall had turn to a buffet space with ample sitting space to welcome the upcoming ramadhan. This year , have prepared a scintillating menu with many of our delicious Live Seafood items (both imported and local), BBQ items, Fusion food, Malay food and many more dishes and desserts.
Start off your day with the simply appetizing dishes where you will be having the variety of appetizers which includes the sayur ulam and sambal belachan, papadam, jeruk buah and sayur, tauhu sumbat, ulam ulaman and more.
Moving to the action store, they have the Nasi Ayam counter which is where you can grab a bowl of the fragrance rice together with the delicious chicken with it. Topped with with some chilly to boost the flavours. Don’t forget the Ikan Bakar Counter where you can enjoy the bbq fish.
For fans of satay, never leave here without trying their satay where they have 3 variety of satay from the satay ayam, daging and kambing.
Moving to the mains, you will definitely pampered with loads of seafood and dishes. Some inclusive of the Wok- Fried Squid with Dried Chili and Cashewnuts, Ikan Merah Masak Cili Lemak, Fried Tiger Prawns with Salted Egg, Unique Tiger Prawns with Chili Sauce and Bun, Delicacy Squid with Asam, Kerabu Sayur, Rendang Curry Chicken with Potatoes, Braised Flower Crab with Dried Shrimp and Curry Leaves and more. I love the Stir Fried Mussles with Dried Shrimps and Chilli Padi as well as the prawns. The ingridients comes simply fresh and well cooked. It is indeed bringing us with the robust flavours and not to be missed.
Not just that, they also have a dessert corner with the Malaysian favorite Ice Kachang, Chendol Penang, Rojak Buah and the Malay kuih muih too. They also have a variety of hot desserts too like he Bubur Pisang, Bubur Ubi Keledek, Sago Gula Melaka and more.
