HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS “KOREAN AND CHEESE FEVER” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

May 20, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

It’s getting hotter and hotter recently. Come whet your appetite with a range of tangy Korean and cheese delights at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview in this hot and stuffy season!

You are recommended to kick of the buffet with an Italian style appetizer, Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato Salad with Aged Balsamic. This simple but refreshing salad is surely a summer favourite. To catch the wave of Korean food, a series of classic and innovative cuisines are masterly prepared in the brand-new “Korean and Cheese Fever” Afternoon Tea Buffet. Make sure you sample our Cured Meat Cheese Toast with Kimchi and Baked Korean Rice Pudding with Crab Roe and Cheese to savour the perfect marriage of cheese and Korean flavour. For the former, the sour and spicy taste of kimchi is flawlessly complemented by the melting cheese. While for the latter, the chewy texture of rice pudding is still preserved even it has fully absorbed the tangy sauce through baking. What’s more, the creamy and rich Quiche Lorraine and the appetizing Stir-fried Pork Belly with Kimchi are also served to please your palate.

In addition, a live-cooking style Korean Cheese Noodle Station and the enticing Green Crab Congee are specially introduced to the menu, both delicacies will delight your taste buds with their irresistible aromas. Other recommendations are Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls and various hot dishes and Salads. To match with the buffet theme, 4 beautifully appointed desserts, Sesame Pudding with Mascarpone Cheese, Blueberry Cheese Tart, American Cheesecake and Gingseng Jelly are exquisitely served at the Dessert Counter to please your sweet tooth. What’s more, MOVENPICK Ice cream, Waffle, Classical Cotton Candy, Chocolate Fountain and assorted mini cakes are also available to bring everyone an enjoyable afternoon.

Spoil yourself with our “Korean and Cheese Fever” Afternoon Tea Buffet on a weekend afternoon! Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 1 May to 26 July 2015, the buffet costs HK$168 per person only (same price for adult, senior and child)!

For reservations or enquiries, please call Harbour Restaurant on 2802 4284 or drop an e-mail at: [email protected], or drop by the restaurant on the first floor of The Harbourview, 4 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
